Signwriting in recent times has largely be superceded by technological advances in vinyl graphics and digital print. However we are proud that we offer this traditional method to our customers.
Traditional signwritten techniques are often required in conservation or restoration projects. This method of sign production is likened to a craft or artform - highly specialised.
Traditional signwriting is produced by hand using ancient skills and methods, requiring red sable brushes, high quality enamels and gold leaf.
